The Agriculture Office is the regulatory and compliance body for the Nez Perce Tribe Hemp Program. We license and audit hemp farmers growing within the boundaries of the Nez Perce Tribe Reservation. Our goal is to create a viable hemp system that promotes tribal sovereignty and provides business opportunity to tribal farmers and land owners. We also provide insight and data for the variety enterprise opportunities that are now available for The Nez Perce Tribe.

You can learn more about the licensing process and timeline here or print out an application here. We also recommend new growers follow this checklist. We also have a links page full of valuable resources and information.
