To get started:
- Gather contact information for all parties involved (key participants).
- Obtain current lease information for grow site (unless you own over 50% of the land)
- Define grow site locations using GPS coordinates, google maps or similar
- Print and fill out application
- Returned signed application to Agriculture Office: Hemp Program P.O. Box 365 Lapwai, ID 83540
To eliminate barriers to entry into hemp farming, the Nez Perce Tribe Agriculture Department is waiving all fees associated with the 2023 permitting process for enrolled tribal members.
